Mediterranean Vineyard
A fresh pot of tea steeps on the granite island counter top, as the morning sun reflects off the grape leaves in the nearby vineyard. Working with the owners/contractors of this Oregon wine country home in the foothills of the coastal range, we collaboratively designed the cabinet work to fit in with the rustic nature of the structure, as well as the surrounding landscape. The interior decor consisted of mostly native Oregon wood species, and we honored that trend by crafting a beautify Oregon Walnut island at the conversational center of the home.
Irvington Heritage
Traditional millwork details are prominently utilized in the design and fabrication of the kitchen, nook, bedroom, closet and bath cabinetry. Using the existing woodwork and cabinetry details as a guiding light, the vision of the original home architect and builder were payed homage to.
Greene and Greener
The charming eating nook to the side of this hard working, hardwood kitchen overlooks hillside pastures dotted with livestock. Every spaceof the house had custom fitted cabinetry installed including the spacious kitchen, laundry room, guest bathroom, powder room, a master bath and closet area, home office and drafting studio and a media room with built-in audio-video components. The lines of the woodwork were fairly plain and unadorned, allowing the undulating grain patterns of the stained quarter cut Cherry and White Oak hardwood speak volumes.
Wine Country Repose
Bamboo and maple used for the cabinetry for this quiet mid century Yamhill county abode. A medley of stone, tile, glass, wood, bio-composite panels, acrylic shoji screen paper, aluminum and decorative metal hardware were utilized to provide accents and supportive textures to the finely-detailed casework and paneling.
Elizabeth Penthouse
Stepping inside from the balcony, one walks directly into a fully customized media room and bar with a suspended glass storage cabinet and IceStone counter. One floor down, the stairway wraps around a large central fireplace, fitted with curved wood paneling and soffiting, hugging up a curved entertainment center and sculpture display show case. Behind the fireplace is a spacious quartersawn Oak and stainless steel crafted kitchen with a large Zebrawood central island with a custom-poured glass counter custom made by Fireart Inc. The huge glass slab is fully supported on sturdy custom stainless steel supports. The stone slab counters are enhanced by a white hued satin etched mirror glass. Fastidiously fitted pocket doors opening into quartersawn oak panelized walls provide breathtaking entryways into the master and guest bedrooms.

The creative woodwork detailing demonstrate how a brilliant architect, an involved client and an orchestrating cabinet designer-builder can turn a home into a source of warmth and enjoyment using finely detailed and expertly painted cabinetry.
Confectionary Loft
Brilliantly stained cabinetry and woodwork, as well as many locally handmade glass, steel, stone, tile and wood elements deftly were fused to create a daring composition in a remodeled loft in a Portland Pearl District condo building that was initially built in the 1900’s as Portland’s first confectionery production plant. Panelized and built-in appliances, specialized stone and tile installation and a serpentine overhead lighting system serve to provide endless examples of customization and organization.
